Put on plate and ready to enjoy ==== ===== Alt Recipe ===== 美食-葱姜龙虾尾 吃腻了蒜蓉芝士烤龙虾,今天换个口味。把Costco买来的龙虾尾刷干净剪掉螯足后从中间剪开或者劈一半。再用刀改成小块后放入料酒、盐跟淀粉拌匀腌制10分钟。 小锅里放入一定的油烧热,把龙虾块放进去炸变色之后捞出来备用。另起一锅倒少许油爆香葱姜(留出一些绿色葱叶)后倒入炸好的龙虾段大火爆炒。加入生抽、蚝油跟盐调味后把剩下的绿葱段倒入翻匀就可以出锅啦!
