提醒一下
站桩时间的长短没有硬性的规定。想站就多站一会儿,不想站就少站一会儿,一般不少于五分钟就好,最好是15分钟以上。
站完了,双手可从前胸往下推拿几次,按揉丹田,顺时针揉几圈,逆时针揉几圈。然后双手叉腰,按揉命门,从腰部向后向下推拿几次,一直推到尾骨。
最后,十指梳头,上下叩齿,再搓搓双手,搓搓脸,搓搓额头、眉眼、鼻子、两颊、后耳、脖子、后脑勺等,浑身轻松舒适。
站桩有法又无定法,法无定法是真法。想在哪里站就在哪里站,想怎么站就怎么站,想做什么动作就做什么动作,贵在坚持,持之以恒。
站到一定功夫,即可达到脱规而守规、随心所欲的境界。 站桩不仅可以增强内劲,而且可以健脑,可以益智,可以充分挖掘自身潜在的能量。长期坚持,自健身祛病、延年益寿。
两脚并立,自然直立,两臂下垂,使手心贴近大腿两侧,两眼平视前方。心平气和,全身放松,意想周身皮肉分离,骨肉分离,全身关节都松开,其放松顺序是:先由上肢的两手食指梢节起,想象关节之间拉开了缝隙,从第一节到第二节,依次逐节向上,使上肢之指关节、腕关节、肘关节、肩关节,一节一节都拉开,使每一节骨头缝里都通上了灵气,觉着似有小虫在其间爬行之蠕动感。
命门穴的准确位置在左肾右侧,右肾的左上角。一想命门穴,体内横膈膜就会自动提起,肚脐也就随之向后收缩,似乎贴到了命门穴上(如果一时还没有这种感觉,可将意念停留在命门穴上,直到有了这种感觉为止)。这便是“吸”。
有了肚脐贴命名之感觉后意想命名推一下肚脐,使肚脐离开命名回到原处,这谓之“呼”。如此一拉一回,一收一缩,如同拉风箱一般,感到气往下行,直到小腹,再到会阴,到足心,到足大趾(此为中定立如平准)。
这种呼吸法,在拳谱上叫做“胎息”,也叫“婴儿息”,此为太极拳之基本呼吸法。胎息三次后,呼吸便如平时一样顺其自然。旧式钟表,要先上弦,然后拨几下摆,它才开始走动。预备式如同上弦、而胎息则犹如拨摆,然后就会自动走起来。
预备式属太极拳之桩功——无极桩,如日练一刻钟,日久太极内劲自会产生。
小指:小指始终要放松。凡有从前向后、向下的拳势,应松小指、松肩、坠肘、手臂自然下垂或后捋。
无名指:起向前、向上的引领作用。在练太极拳时,有向前、向上的动作,不要全手掌出劲,由无名指引动,无名指在五指中最笨拙,只要它不出劲,其余四指也不会。在推手过程中,运用无名指不容易出败招。
中指:起到向前指方向的作用。只有顺中指方向向前用意,意才能放远。有的说:“意到前方无限远,到底多远,要看练功者的功底而言”。
食指:食指不能用一点力,要轻轻的扶着运动路线走。食指如不放松,手掌就松不下去,手掌不松,腕难以松弛;腕不松,前臂难以放松,再接下来给坠肘、松肩等要求带来难度。
大拇指:掌握自己的重心。在练太极拳时虎口要微撑,就能很好的掌握平衡。
