Subordinate Feedback on What a Good Boss Should Be

Respect Individual Difference - The feedbacks can be very different from person to person.

  • Person One
    • Hands off
    • Don't play political games
    • Don't throw team member under the bus
  • Person Two
    • Weekly short team meeting to review each team member's work and next week's direction (We're all curious about what other people are working on.)
    • Daily scrum at the end of the day to check progress (provide guidance if needed) and next day's priority
